Inspired by three unworn bridesmaid’s dresses hand-sewn by Lucy’s late grandmother, ‘Afterlife’ is an experiential live performance work featuring dance, theatre and video projection. Set in the wardrobe of a departed loved one, garments of clothing and possessions left behind reveal threads of connection to alternate worlds. The wardrobe becomes a portal, unveiling unseen dimensions of love, loss, and the eternal threads that connect us across time.
